Refund & Cancellation Policies

Thank you for using ShapeOfU3 Booking (“we”, “our”, “us”).
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for tickets and events booked through the ShapeOfU3 Booking App or www.shapeofu3.com
.

By booking or hosting an event on our platform, you agree to this policy.

1. Overview

ShapeOfU3 Booking is a platform that connects event organizers and participants in the areas of fitness, health, sports, and entrepreneurship.
We facilitate ticket sales, event promotion, and secure payments.
Each event is managed by an individual or organizational event organizer, who sets their own cancellation and refund terms — subject to this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds depend on who cancels the booking and when:

a. Event Organizer Cancels the Event

If the event is cancelled by the organizer or ShapeOfU3 Booking, participants will receive a full refund of the ticket amount (excluding any payment gateway fees, if applicable).

The refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

b. User Cancels Their Booking

Refunds for user cancellations depend on the organizer’s cancellation policy listed in the event description.

Some events may allow:

Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking, or before a certain date.

Partial refund if cancelled a few days before the event.

No refund after a specific cut-off date.

If no organizer policy is specified, ShapeOfU3 Booking applies a standard 10% deduction (plus non-refundable platform fee) for processing.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

The 2.75% platform maintenance fee charged on every ticket is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

Any payment gateway fees or service charges are also non-refundable.

Refunds, if any, are made only on the ticket price (after deducting applicable charges).

4. Event Rescheduling or Changes

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date and time.
If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may:

Request a refund (subject to organizer approval), or

Transfer your ticket to another person (if allowed by the organizer).

ShapeOfU3 Booking is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs related to such changes.

5. Refund Process

Once your refund is approved:

Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days via the same payment method used.

You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once the refund is processed.

In case of any delay, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to our support team.

6. Disputes or Issues

If there’s a dispute regarding refunds, cancellations, or event conduct:

The organizer and participant should attempt to resolve it directly.

ShapeOfU3 Booking may step in as a neutral facilitator but does not guarantee outcomes.

The platform reserves the right to make the final decision in certain cases to protect both parties’ interests.

7. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided in cases where:

The user fails to attend the event.

The event was conducted successfully as scheduled.

The user provides false or incomplete information during booking.

Cancellations occur after the event has started.
