ShapeOfU3 Booking is an online platform designed to organize and book events related to fitness, sports, health, and entrepreneurship.
Users can:

Browse and book tickets for events.

Create and host their own events.

Connect with like-minded individuals and communities.

The Platform helps bridge the gap between organizers and participants, promoting opportunities for growth, health, and success.

2. Eligibility

By using ShapeOfU3 Booking, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old, or have parental consent if younger.

You will use the Platform in compliance with all local laws and regulations.

You provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Account Registration

To access or create events, you must register for an account.
You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete details.

Keep your login credentials confidential.

Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

ShapeOfU3 Booking is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access.

4. Event Creation and Participation
a. For Organizers:

You may create, manage, and promote events that align with our themes (fitness, health, entrepreneurship, and sports).

You are responsible for the accuracy of your event information, pricing, and compliance with local laws.

You authorize ShapeOfU3 Booking to collect payments on your behalf, deduct the 2.75% platform fee, and transfer the remaining amount as per the agreed process.

b. For Participants:

You agree to review event details before booking.

Bookings are non-transferable unless specified by the organizer.

You must comply with the event’s rules and guidelines.

5. Payments and Platform Fee

All payments are processed securely through third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, PayU, etc.).

ShapeOfU3 Booking deducts a 2.75% maintenance and service fee per ticket.

This fee supports platform upkeep, transaction processing, and technical support.

Refunds, if applicable, will follow our Refund Policy or the event organizer’s policy.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the organizer’s policy.

Platform fees (2.75%) are generally non-refundable, except in rare cases where the event is cancelled by the platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content.

Interfere with the app’s functioning or attempt to hack its systems.

Impersonate other users or misrepresent affiliations.

Violations may lead to account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, designs, and code on ShapeOfU3 Booking belong to ShapeOfU3 or its licensors.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

ShapeOfU3 Booking provides the platform “as is”.
We are not responsible for:

Event cancellations, changes, or disputes between organizers and participants.

Injuries, damages, or losses occurring during events.

Third-party service interruptions or payment gateway issues.

Users participate and organize events at their own risk.

11. Termination of Account
